Challenge:

Traditional car inspection services are often inconvenient, requiring customers to visit a service center and wait for results. Inspkt wanted to disrupt this process by offering mobile inspections — bringing the service to the customer’s doorstep. The challenge was to develop an integrated solution that not only facilitates these mobile inspections but also ensures accurate, real-time data logging, automated vehicle ratings, and seamless operational management.

Solution:

We built a comprehensive solution with three core components:

• A mobile app for engineers to log inspection findings directly on-site, ensuring accurate and timely reports.
• An AI-powered engine that analyzes the inspection data and generates a reliable vehicle rating, automating what was once a manual process.
• A dynamic admin dashboard for Inspkt's team to manage appointments, track performance, and monitor operational flow.
• A customer-facing website for easy booking of inspections, offering an intuitive interface and seamless user experience.

This end-to-end solution allows Inspkt to offer a more efficient, transparent, and customer-centric approach to car inspections, while improving operational efficiency with AI-driven insights.
