RiseUp Summit

Challenge:

RiseUp Summit brings together thousands of attendees, speakers, and startups in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. With so many moving parts — including multi-track agendas, workshops, satellite events, and on-ground logistics — managing the attendee experience and backend operations in real-time was complex and fragmented. They needed a digital solution that could tie everything together while enhancing user engagement and enabling real-time operations management.

Solution:

We designed and built a powerful three-part system:

• A public-facing website for event discovery, workshop registration, and session browsing.
• A mobile app that empowers attendees to personalize their agenda, join meetups, track leaderboards in a scavenger hunt, and network with each other.
• An admin dashboard for RiseUp’s internal team to manage logistics, monitor engagement, and stay in control of operations on ground in real-time.

The result? A seamless, end-to-end event tech platform that transformed how RiseUp connects with its community and orchestrates large-scale events.
